Track daily goals, build streaks, and reach your targets one day at a time

ScreenshotScreenshotScreenshotScreenshotScreenshot

Chip Away turns big goals into something you can do today: show up once, fill a dot, build a streak.

Set a goal with a target or make it open-ended, then check in once a day. Each check-in fills a dot on your progress grid, so you see your consistency at a glance and your streak grow day by day.

It is built to stay out of your way: a couple of taps to check in. Notifications are optional.

What's New in v1.9.8

Touch, dark mode, and a new shortcut:

- Reordering goals by dragging now works on phones and tablets. The drag handle only ever responded to a mouse, so on touch the list simply scrolled and the arrow buttons were the only way to reorder
- Dark mode: several elements were drawing their background in the same color as the card behind them, so they disappeared. Secondary buttons read as bare text, and the active item in the bottom bar had no highlight at all
- Double-tap the bottom-bar item for the page you are on to jump back to the top, and again to return to its first tab. On desktop it is a double-click in the header
- Opening the app no longer lands on a different goal than the one you left. With priority ordering on it could settle on whichever goal was closest to losing its streak
- The goal order list is no longer capped inside a box it could not escape, and its expand toggle now appears as soon as the list overflows rather than one goal later
- Expand and collapse toggles gained a visible focus outline and a full-size touch target
