Snap packaging for linuxptp, an implementation of the Precision Time Protocol (PTP) according to IEEE 1588 and IEEE 802.1AS standards for Linux.

Installing the snap exposes the following commands:
- linuxptp.hwstamp-ctl
- linuxptp.nsm
- linuxptp.phc-ctl
- linuxptp.phc2sys
- linuxptp.pmc
- linuxptp.ptp4l
- linuxptp.timemaster
- linuxptp.ts2phc
- linuxptp.tz2alt
