Markdown Viewer

Markdown Viewer opens .md and .mdx files and makes them comfortable to
read: clean typography, syntax-highlighted code, a live table of contents,
tabs, folder browsing and automatic reloads when a file changes on disk.

An opt-in editor saves changes back to the file when you need to fix a typo,
and the app works fully offline — fonts and highlighting grammars are
bundled.

Every document is treated as untrusted input: HTML is sanitized against an
allow-list, scripts never run, and links to the web open in your browser
rather than inside the app.
