MaTView

MaTView is a molecular viewer and GROMACS simulation builder aimed at
polymer-film and nanoparticle molecular dynamics.

It loads .gro/.pdb/.xtc, styles biomolecules the way an RCSB entry page does,
builds and analyses trajectories, and drives a storyboard-based movie tool for
camera moves that track a diffusing selection across periodic boundaries.

Bundles GROMACS and Open Babel, so gmx and obabel work out of the box.
