Memcached Exporter

The Memcached Exporter scrapes Memcached stats and exports them as Prometheus
metrics.

Key features:
- Exports Memcached stats as Prometheus metrics
- Supports multiple Memcached servers
- Configurable scrape interval

Default ports:
- Metrics endpoint: 9150

Configuration:
- snap set memcached-exporter web.listen-port=PORT
- snap set memcached-exporter memcached.address=localhost:11211
