Local, offline speech-to-text for the Ubuntu desktop. Invoke
the client, speak and the transcript is typed into the focused
application via IBus. Audio is captured by this snap (the inference snaps
have no microphone access) and pushed as PCM to a local backend snap
over a Unix socket; nothing leaves the machine and no audio is persisted.
