Pithos Notebook

Most note-taking apps sync your data to someone else's server. Pithos Notebook doesn't. Every note is encrypted with AES-256-GCM on your device. No accounts, no cloud, no telemetry — just your notes, your machine, your data.

Write in Markdown with syntax highlighting, live preview, and Mermaid diagrams. Organise notes in nested folders, tag and search across everything, and export as Markdown, HTML, PDF, Word, LaTeX, or EPUB.
