Smart port manager for Linux
portmap is a user-friendly command-line tool for managing network ports on Linux.
It provides an easier interface than lsof and netstat for common port management
tasks that developers face daily.
Features:
- List all active ports with process information
- Kill processes by port number
- Find ports by process name

- Filter by port range and protocol
- JSON output support for scripting
To install portmap:
- sudo snap install portmap
- sudo snap connect portmap:network-observe
- sudo snap connect portmap:system-observe
- sudo snap connect portmap:process-control
Note: The request for auto-connection of these interfaces is currently pending approval. Until approved, manual connection is required.
