Marine Fuel Monitoring System

Industrial HMI for real-time marine fuel monitoring.
Supports Modbus RTU/TCP, RS-232 serial (UPS/RPM), GPS via TCP,
MQTT publish (QoS 1, optional TLS), and PostgreSQL+TimescaleDB
via the seamon-tsdb companion snap.

Companion snap dependency:
sudo snap install seamon-tsdb
sudo snap connect seamon-hmi:tsdb-socket seamon-tsdb:tsdb-socket

Designed to run on Ubuntu Core 24 with Ubuntu Frame as the
fullscreen Wayland kiosk compositor.
