SEAMON HMI FMS (Type A)

Industrial HMI for real-time marine fuel monitoring.
Supports Modbus RTU/TCP, RS-232 serial (UPS/RPM), GPS via TCP,
MQTT publish (QoS 1, optional TLS), and PostgreSQL+TimescaleDB
via the seamon-tsdb companion snap.
