SimpleLog is a fast log viewer for AWS CloudWatch streams, local log
files, and piped stdin — built with PyQt6.

Features:
- Live tailing of files and CloudWatch streams
- Tabs and split panes (side-by-side or stacked)
- Syntax highlighting for ERROR, WARN, INFO, DEBUG, timestamps, JSON
- Sidebar search (Ctrl+F) and live filter with AND/OR logic
