toggled-mqtt

Connects the Toggled iQ controller to external MQTT brokers. Outbound only: the connector is a
client of the customer's broker (TLS, username/password or client certificate); nothing listens
on the controller. Exports the site's point stream and device state, accepts commands when
enabled, and ingests third-party MQTT devices as points. Local bus prefix toggled/mqtt, same
contract as the other adapters.
