villagesql-address-standardizer

Packages the upstream vsql-address-standardizer extension (parsing of US
postal addresses into their components (addressstandardize()), by Japheth
Obala) as a separate snap that plugs into the villagesql snap through the
content interface:

sudo snap install villagesql-address-standardizer
sudo snap connect villagesql:extensions \

 villagesql-address-standardizer:extensions

sudo snap restart villagesql
sudo villagesql.mysql -uroot \

 -e "INSTALL EXTENSION vsqladdress_standardizer;"

The build also fetches GoogleTest for the upstream unit tests.
