WH-347 certified payroll calculator (Rev. January 2025) for a crew CSV
Offline command-line calculator for the U.S. Department of Labor WH-347
certified payroll form, revised version (Rev. January 2025), used on
Davis-Bacon contracts. It reads a crew CSV (one row per worker-week: base
rate, fringe rates per plan, straight-time and overtime hours per day, cash
in lieu of fringe, deductions) and prints columns 5 to 9, the fringe paid to
each plan and the column 6B reconciliation, or JSON with --json.
The exit status is non-zero when the CSV is invalid (line and column given)
or the reconciliation fails. Not an official DOL tool, not legal advice.
Example: wh347 --example > crew.csv && wh347 crew.csv
