yatta - Yet Another Text-based TODO App.
Or probably yatta, Japanese for "did it!"

yatta is a visual TODO app that aims to be a simple yet powerful TODO App. No subscriptions, no cloud, no data getting out from your device (unless you want to, which is super simple). This apps stores every task as simple markdown files (YAML frontmatter) in a folder you choose, so you are always in control of your information, and is easy to integrate with agents and other automation tools.

Automatic git support if you want to keep the history or even push it away from your local PC.

It has a "quick add" which parses what you type: "Send the report tomorrow !high #work"
becomes a task with a deadline, a priority and a tag. Tasks can be viewed as
a list or as a kanban board, grouped by tag, priority or deadline, and
imported in bulk one task per line. The vault folder is watched, so edits
made in another editor - or by an agent - show up immediately.

Note that on first run yatta will ask where you would like your tasks kept, and that's it!
