1D Numerical Simulation of Heat Equation

An interactive, C-based simulator for the 1D heat equation using a
finite-difference method (Crank-Nicolson) and the Thomas algorithm.
The application prompts for parameters and uses gnuplot to visualize
the simulation results in real-time.
