Screencap Documentation Tool

Finds every step in a screen recording with FFmpeg scene detection and
saves a screenshot of each one. Review the steps, add captions, crop, blur
sensitive information, and export to HTML or Word. Everything runs locally,
with no telemetry.

Recordings and output go in Documents/Screencap Documentation Tool in your
home folder by default; any folder in your home or on a removable drive
can be chosen.
