Bare-bones stock tracker widget

simpleStonks shows a configurable list of stock indexes and tickers and charts
their movement, Yahoo Finance style, in a frameless translucent widget-style
window. The tracked list is editable from the UI and persisted along with
other settings.

What's new in 1.2.3:

- Fixed the pre-market chart reading against the wrong reference: its
dashed line now sits at the regular close and the chart colors by the
pre-market change, matching the Pre-market price in the header.
